Mobile Libraries for Rural Schools
Books, shelves, and friendly reading spaces delivered to government schools across Arusha — so every child finds a story that opens their world.
Empowering today’s futures through education, innovation, and guidance — for vulnerable youth, students, and school drop-outs across Tanzania.
Introduction
We are a registered Non-Governmental Organization operating in the Arusha Region. At Creative Education and Life Skills, we believe that education must be provided with the aim of fully developing individual character. We are dedicated to supporting vulnerable, marginalized, and disadvantaged groups — including primary and secondary students, youth school drop-outs, and those who did not have the privilege of formal education.
Why We Exist
Our foundation is built on addressing a critical gap: many government schools lack libraries, making study environments difficult and leaving students dependent solely on classroom teaching — which can sometimes be uninteresting.
We step in to provide the missing resources, cultivate a reading culture, and equip youth with multidisciplinary life and entrepreneurial skills for future employability.
Most government schools lack libraries and friendly study spaces — limiting a child’s potential.
Mobile libraries, life-skills centers, health campaigns, and advocacy delivered where they’re needed most.
Young people who can read, think critically, earn a living, and uplift their communities.
Featured Causes
Every contribution moves a child closer to a library, a youth closer to a trade, a community closer to self-reliance. Choose a cause to support.

Training youth in tailoring, food production, and small-business skills so they graduate with a trade, not just a certificate.
Community campaigns, classroom visits, and resource kits that teach healthy living — one family, one village at a time.
What We Do
We bring books and resources directly to government schools and underserved communities, creating friendly study environments that foster a love of reading and lifelong learning.
Training youth in home economics, values, and entrepreneurial skills to build independence, improve wellbeing, and open pathways to meaningful employment.
Community campaigns promoting healthy living, nutrition awareness, and hygiene practices that contribute to better health outcomes for families across the region.
Engaging local government and decision-makers for better policies, increased funding, and sustainable institutional support for vulnerable communities.
Nurturing reading habits from an early age so the next generation can learn, lead, and thrive — building intellectual confidence and critical thinking.
Channelling books, devices, and infrastructure so students and youth can access quality learning materials and modern educational tools regardless of geography.
